Booking.com is bad and giving money to company's that have not given service.

Booking.com is bad, they will leave you stranded after they will take your money and give it to a guesthouse you have not visited. I have booked via them and requested early check and they responded "Approved" got to the guesthouse at 7am and was told they ddn't reply to the request to check in early. Had to go look for another place and they are not refunding me. this is bad service.
