Booking.com is a very bad company

Sometime in October I tried to buy flight ticket but when I put my bank details it said card invalid, but next day R152 was deducted by booking.com, then again I booked accommodation for my trip I tried to pay the message again card invalid upgrade card, after 9 hours R152 was deducted from my account, what shock me is that when I want to pay my card is invalid but they use the same card to debit money from my account, in 2 to 3 weeks booking.com took a total of R304 from my bank account I don't know for what, I have a bad experience with booking.com, I texted them but they're not saying anything about my money, booking.com for me is a very bad company, if you want your money to go down the drain the booking.com is the way to go, just imagine R304
