Booking.com is a **** they approved a booking and after the payment went through they asked me to cancel, they have not refunded me after 30 days

Nightmare I would never book with them again, I booked and made payment and immediately the agent called and asked me to cancel my booking because it's a double booking, she then asked me to book directly with her but I asked her how will I do that if they still have my money? It's been 30 days and my money has not reflected in my account I was obviously ****med. When I called booking.com they said 7-10 working days but it has been a month and no refund. I want my money Booking.com
