Booking.com is a scheme

I have recently booked my holidays through booking.com so I asked them to changes my dates and they agreed on that . I've been sending emails but I'm not sure what's happening when they reply it's like the machine is doing that they can take days before they can reply or sometimes they reply at night and they always has an excuse that they wanted to call you but I might be sleeping. They told me that the hotel debited my card but when I phone the hotel they told me that Booking.com must do the transfer to the hotel as they are the one handling my booking . I've arranged with the hotel and they confirm my bookings so now I've been sending Booking.com emails that I got the right date they just need to pay they have not reply to my emails it's the 5th day they have disappeared could you please help me to track them not if this Booking.com is a scheme.
