BOOKING.COM IS A SCAN

*** I was looking for a hotel in South Africa Eastern Cape Port Alfred, when the Port Alfred Hotel ****ed up and i made the booking to the Port Alfred Resort & Hotel which is not South Africa of which immediately i requested for the cancellation and now its 5 days later no response has been received regarding the booking and even the boking.com consultants can not give me an answer. where can i got to get my money back because this feels like a ****.
