BOOKING.COM IS A **** FOR ME

BOOKING.COM I fill it's a **** coz when I went looking for lodge in Kruger Kiburi lodge on January. When you look around the site is says free cancelation on Kiburi lodge. I booked via BOOKING.COM and it stated that I would get a discount when doing it via the app and I didn't get any. Today i canceled my stay Kiburi Lodge I was charged R2970 for canceling of witch I payed R3270 and I'm getting R300 and it dose not make sense to me. BOOKING.COM pays They clients 10 days after we have stayed in the premises we booked for. I would understand if the app charged us about 10 percent of cancelation not this much as if it's there property had bought food and stuff for us for our arrival. There is not even an upfront payment to Kiburi Lodge from BOOKING.COM
