BOOKING.COM IS A ****

I booked a hotel for July 9 2021 and due to covid 19 restrictions, I can't leave Gauteng. I called booking.com to request that they cancel, they'll me they cant I should call Pavilion hotel....I call they hotel and I was told that they can't cancel I must call the agency (Booking.com) I spent more than an hour on the phone between this 2 and I didnt get help....today we have 10 days before my intended check in date ....that more than enough time to request a cancellation
