BOOKING.COM IS A **** AND **********

Booking.com are absolute ********** and ***********. The property we stayed at flooded due to the management not cleaning the shower drain and it flooded the entire bathroom aswell as the bedroom where our very expensive LV luggage were. Our bags got absolutely ruined by the water aswell as our clothes. The property manager was disgustingly rude to us and accused us of clogging the shower drain until maintenance pulled out what I can only describe as months of built up dirt. Booking.com agreed in writing to fully refund us for our stay and asked for relevant proof of transfers so that they can do so. When I called them again, they said that they have already payed the property and that the property refused to refund us for our stay. There are absolutely no regard for the people staying at the properties they list.

DO NOT EVER USE BOOKING.COM TO BOOK ANYWHERE!!
