Booking.com is a ****

On the 28th of September 2020, I made a booking via booking.com at Eden On The Bay Apartments. They kept saying my card is declining yet they deducted the money on my account. Made calls to them but till to date I am yet to receive my money back. The number ***) provided by them is not working I cant get through anyone to assist or explain what is happening. Ngicela imali yami mina else kuzonyiwa. I cant get anyone from that venue and it is annoying.
