I made a booking for accommodation and paid for it for six days. The phone number on reservations didn't work. We had car problems and arrived a day late. Hippo pod told us they didn't have any accommodation for us and that Booking.com never paid them. Where is my money. We needed to make new arrangements. I tried to phone and email no reply. I need my money back.
