BOOKING.COM is a ***** incubator with no accountability!

Why would anyone want to trust a site that allows a venue to take off a deposit for a booking that the site clearly states has no deposit, and is free cancellation, and then when the deposit (€342 = R7000!!!) is not paid back upon cancellation (months in advance), Booking.com cannot sort out the *****ulent transaction within 2 months and counting . . !! The site is basically a ***** incubator. The ONLY right thing for Booking.com to do is to pay back the funds the day something like this happens, and then take it up with the venue, making it their problem - because then they'll fight for it! DO NOT TRUST BOOKING.COM. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOU!!
