Booking.com is a ****. I want my refund.

I booked via Booking.com on the 10th of October only to get to Imvomvo Lodge and be told that it's fully booked. I was stranded yet Booking.com took my money. Their customer service is pathetic and 14 days later I am still waiting for my refund.
