Booking.com is a ****!!

The pictures and the place total different, the place was dirty and unkeep. I tried to cancel 1 night and get a refund for the 2nd day but it cancelled the entire booking of R2200 no refund, I called the manager or owner to explain what has transpired but he told me to leave, I can stay a night and leave his house - no refund! I have picture of the dirty apartment, owner is extremely rude and booking.com is a huge ****!!!
