Booking.com is a ****! DON'T TRUST THEM.

I do not recommend ever using their services. I had booked a flight ticket 3 months prior to the flight date. Exactly one week before the departure date, Booking.com went ahead with canceling my reservation without my consent. After 7 days of persistent and continuous efforts to find a resolution, they have failed to reinstate my flight tickets or issue me new ones for a mistake made on their half. The customer service line is appealing and full of empty promises from *********** employees. They are a **** and I wouldn't wish the experience of being stranded in a foreign country for this reason on my worst enemy. Appalling and completely unprofessional.
