Booking.com is a disappointment

I booked a place to stay in Durban on September 2023 and was suppose to check in this coming Friday 6 Oct 2023, when I call the venue they say they don’t have any bookings under the my name and they are fully booked already.

I called booking.com since Monday hoping they will have a solution till today nothing and they are telling me about a 24hour cancellation that time we are suppose to leave Friday morning am so disappointed by them they are failing to get me another alternative, now they talking about a 24 hour refund so where will I get accommodation at this time.

Please don’t book at this new apartment in Durban it’s called ‘White’ something I found it on booking.com I don’t know who’s a ****mer anymore💔💔 all I want is a place to stay for this weekend coz I’ve already paid all the money.
