booking.com is a ****

I booked with Riviera on vaal resort on the 23rd,I made a payment via booking.com ,then i canceled my stay by mistake then when I call them to try and assist in Reinstating the booking they not getting back to me,no refund and no communication and unfortunately the hotel needs me to book with money and I don't have it,booking.com can you please refund me
