Booking.com is a ****

Booking.com is a **** I made a booking on the 26 of December 2025 at Divine Villa in Louis Trichardt, after the payment went through I never received booking confirmation. I searched their contact details and a woman answered and its wrong number. On the 29th I wrote them email and the asked me to give them proof of payment which I did and nothing has been done they respond to my emails.
