Booking.com is a ****

I'm very disappointed with our latest booking from Booking.com. We booked property online and the money went off our card and we did not receive any booking confirmation. We immediately tried to get hold of anyone from Booking.com to assist which was impossible, their customer service email bounces back and they is no telephone number anywhere. We eventually went through the last booking confirmation we had with them and found a number spoke to someone called Andro L. who promised to resolve the issue and give us a call back. We were not assisted, we lost money and the place we were trying to book does not have our booking.
