Booking.com is a ****!!

****!!! Properties on Booking.com are *****ULENT!!! And the company is allowing it, we booked and paid close to R13000, we indicated that we are running late the manager said okay, we get there the property does not exist

The numbers are no longer working on VM! Contacted Booking.com and they say the property is responsive (meaning they are responding via email) which of course isn’t true because how does a property leave their guests stranded yet responds to booking.com

Please be careful of booking via this website! I’ve since seen videos of other people complaining about the same problem, I learnt first hand
