Booking.com is a ****

Booking.com has double debited my account without permission and refuses to refund my money. Its been over a month and their customer service is absolutely putrid. I rather talk to a ****ing donkey and ill get better feedback. I am appalled. I've spent hours on the phone with these idiots and gotten nowhere. I cannot speak to any manager or anyone who actually knows how's not read a ****ing script and use their brains. Stay away from these ****mers
