Booking.com is a ****

Booking.com is basically a giant ****. I booked a stay for a couple of nights and upon arrival, was told the place already has an occupant and I was the second person to show up for the same overbooked place. I have sent countless emails, called customer service to no avail, its been 10 days, no refund, no response, just dead silence and them keeping thousands of my money.
