Booking.com is a ****

Good day I would like to report this app as an **** I made a booking for 25th and 26th October 2025 at a place called coastal comfort as per bookings.com only to find out on this specific day that the place is non existent since March 2025 but bookings.com offered me a room and I paid for a room that does not exist and is a completely different accommodation. With that being said I contacted the owner of the place, which stated that the place is no longer running and she was not aware that someone has been doing these things because there is no money going into her bank acc so where did my money go to? I honestly thought that bookings.com was a legit site but my thoughts were wrong it's a ****ming app and should not be trusted! Three days later and they still haven't contacted me.
