Booking.com I don’t use them ever

The worst booking of Accomodation of my life. I booked a 4 day stay and paid for it immediately via Visa card . I got my confirmation that it was booked. Later on I received a mail that the place that is booked is fully book and the Accomodation is not available. I called booking.com and they cancelled the booking and send me a mail that I would be refunded in 7 to 12 days. When I pod it was taken from my account straight away. I called the Accomodation owner and he said he could not do anything as booking.com over booked even after the where informed that there is no Accomodation available. They keep on taking bookings and people’s money. The Accomodation owner can’t do the refund as the money is with booking.com.

So they take people’s money and keep it in there account earning interest knowing that Accomodation is fully booked. That is *****. Now my holiday is spoiled as They have my Accomodation money and I can’t go anywhere until they pay me back.

They are ********** please don’t use them.
