BOOKING.COM Has ****med us

We booked a house (Ocho Cosmos) from 29th to 31st of October with my other 7friends. The owner asked for deposit which we payed he then cancelled our booking with no reason or communication but now booking.com doesn't want to help retrieve our money😠😠😠😠 whats even frastrating is we've sent proof of payment have been calling left right n centre with no help.
