Booking.com has no regard for it's partners!

I have an account with them to advertise my guest house, but for the third month now my booking site is closed down for no reason. I keep phoning them but all they say is that the credit department will get back to me - which they never do.

I have not had any bookings for the past 2 months, and am going to hold them financially responsible for my losses.
