Booking.com Haha what a joke company. They are *******.

Made a booking, payment deducted from my account and confirmation received, after 5 hours drive, arrived at accommodation only to be told they were fully booked. Cost me 3x more to find somewhere to stay and 3 months later still have not been refunded. I do not recommend Booking.com, they are *******...........
