Booking.com Guest Houses are a ****

I made Bookings with a guest house in Rusternburg called Elegant Master House at Booking.com ,When I arrived there,the guest house was not where the address on Booking.com took us and when we called the guest house,they didn’t pick up. So now I want a refund since I didn’t stay at that place and Booking.com is giving me run arounds ,isn’t their responsibility to check that the guesthouse they have on their website are legitimate?
