Booking.com giving me the run around.

Hi I have a cancelation with booking.com when my Mom past away on the 23 April 2024 I was assured to get a full refund but keep getting the run around for more then 3 months now Booking.com says they waiting on Emirates and Emirates says they payed the money back on the 14 June 2024 already, I am so frustrated on the back and forward and no communications from Booking.com just empty promises they keep telling me just wait a little longer, on the 7 September 2014 it will be 4 months any advise for me please anyone
