booking.com fiasco

I'm at my wit's end. Some time ago I requested the removal of my two properties from the booking.com website. THIS week two 'would be' guests notified me of their imminent arrival. I was not notified of their bookings, and unable to accommodate them. They had paid booking.com in full. I can't put into words the sheer frustration of trying to speak to a booking.com I have contacted Aurelija K. John G. Katherine ? Alexis ? Benjamin SB - Lyra D. Katie B. Jordan B. they are not allowed to give their surnames! Finally after a 'phone call from Benjamin SB at their overseas office, he assured me that the properties had been removed and I have no surprise Guests due to arrive. I really thought the matter was closed. NO.....they are still advertising my Holiday Cottages. What can I do now?
