Booking.com false advertising

I booked through booking.com for accommodation in East London. I booked 14 on Marine. What a mistake that was. The pictures on the website was false it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a filthy and dirty place to stay at. The sliding door didn't want to open and when I reported this to reception they told me there is nothing they can do. The windows were dirty. The shower drain was blocked. The bed sheets were dirty. Was really a terrifying and horrible experience. We booked in late and there was too late to look for another accommodation. How can booking.com even have this accommodation on their website. The room was stinking like someone ****ed all over the floors.
