BOOKING.COM FAILURE

Experienced mechanical Car Failure. 2hrs before book - in , we called the agent at Booking.com who couldn't assist as she told me no refunds on cancelation- I made it clear I wanted to reschedule not cancel.....no Help no Service - will try another company Soon.
