Booking.com failed my family on the 11th hour.

I booked on booking.com an accomodation and i paid everything on the 25th April 2025 to secure the place called alterax apartment in Ballito. Here comes the date to visit i got an email while we were driving to ballito that my accomodation was cancelled email was sent 00h00 midnight.i tried to call them and whatsapp them but no answer until today.
