BOOKING.COM ENLISTS BADLY RATED MYTRIP.COM WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION
BOOKING.COM ENLISTS BADLY RATED MYTRIP.COM WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION I booked a FLEXIBLE return flight for a colleague from SA to Ireland, and now need to change the Ireland leg of each trip to Belfast BUT Booking.com gave it over to the notoriously UNDERRATED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT COMPANY MYTRIP.COM and now they want to charge me FULL PRICE TO CHANGE 1 LEG OF THE FLIGHTS???? AND WON'T LET BRITISH AIRWAYS DO IT INSTEAD CHARGING ME LESS????
THIS IS OUTRIGHT THEFT AND ****GERY!!
I have paid a LITERAL FORTUNE for this and now we have a person due to fly shortly WHO CANNOT GET WHERE THEY NEED TO BE UNLESS I'M PREPARED TO BLEED?

Regarding your booking number ZIZSPD.We have tried to contact you on your stated phone number in order to rebook your trip. Unfortunately we were unable to reach you.
We are always required to follow the airline rules for the ticket(s) that you have booked through us.
According to the rules set out by the airline it is possible to make changes to your booking with the airline fee of 59 GBP per person.
As per the below details, the total fee including the fee mentioned above plus any tax difference and/or difference in price, is at the moment 575.26 GBP.
