Booking.com

This past weekend I believe we were ****med, it was my friend’s birthday and also celebrating her achievements. Booked a place using Booking.com, secured a place and made payment. Exact amount was R31 182.02. Got to the house and we were advised that it’s not for rental there are people staying there. The owner called us to notify us that this is not the first this happened. What an inconvenience and horrific experience for my friends who came all the way from Eastern Cape. I would like a refund and I would to know what will they do for all this inconvenience.
