Booking.com

I booked accomodation via the webside on the 27 october 2019 with guest house in Witbank Vision Achivers ,booking was confirmed but when i reach there around 23h00 i phone the number on the board to asked them to open for me but i was told that they cant book me in because they dont have anyone to book me in . It was a worse day of my life we have to start looking for accomodation in the middle of the night and were tired. This kind of guest hoise must be removed from the webside
