Booking.com don’t pay partners timely

Pathetic service from booking.com. I have an apartment that I rent out on booking.com. I received the first payment in October and ever since I have been told there was an issue with the account and I had to change the account. It is 3 months now and I have changed my account and waited for 15 days and to due have no money come in for 3 months and my debts are piling up.
