Booking.com don't have proper customer service

Worst customer service, booked and paid, received booking confirmation from the venue, upon arrival the owner informed us that the room we booked was already occupied, I send several complaints, they're policy states no refunds on cancelations, I didn't cancel, the room I booked was occupied
