booking.com doesnt pay standard bank users they cash backs!

Hi my names Yusuf ,Ive used bookings.com now for the past 4 years atleast as a valued Standard Bank client .I have not till this day recieved any cash backs as speculated by booking.com or standard bank after 7 trips . Its very frustrating as I've been speaking to booking.com and they see to not care or reply . I advise that if you a standard bank client dont worry too much about the cash back offer by using your credit/debit card and instead book with the places of stay directly as they may be cheaper or do price matches .Poor Poor service from booking.com .This weekend will be my last time i use them
