Booking.com does not review their hosts?

We booked a stay on booking.com at Berry’s farm in Vosburg for this evening ( 28nov 2025). The booking was confirmed and paid in advance.Online the check in hours is until 23:00 . We arrived just after 20:00.The location on the site took us on a gravel road where we came to a standstil infront of a locked farm gate. The gps said we had about 1.4km left to drive to this location.We then tried to contact the host but was met by someone on the phone who had no idea what we were talking about and he said he will call back. He never did. When we called him awhile later the phone goes to voicemail. We think that this might be a ****. We are here in the middle of the night with no place to sleep. The next town( Britstown) is fully booked and so is the rest of Vosburg. This really is a let down as we trusted booking.com as a **** free save sight to book a stay but now we are hesitant to use booking.com again. I would like to report this person so other people do not get ****med but booking.com makes it impossible to get in contact with them. The help center was of no help. I do not have access to write a review on booking.com the host sends out the review email after the stay.
