Booking.com dissapointing service

I have had a very disappointing experience. I have been a member with booking.com for years now. No contact details. I phoned I eventually spoke to someone in the Phillipines. From South Africa? Not my type of service that I want to deal with. I will be losing a lot of money due to no service from booking.com.
