Booking.com Daylight *******

I have requested a refund on the 11th of January 2026 for an international flight I canceled with Qatar Airways being the airline and to date after nearly 2 months I have nothing, to make matters worse I login everyday to chat to the online agents and they tell me the same story like they are copying and pasting from the chat history, they tell me that they are waiting for Qatar to refund the money to them so that they can pay me out but when I contacted Qatar 3 weeks ago they confirmed the money R16 000 for airport taxes was returned to booking.com, last week Friday an agent named Dilpesh told me that Qatar refunded Booking.com R2110 and they will pay this over to me, today I messaged and spoke to agent Nurul and she confirmed that they are still waiting for Qatar to refund Booking.com and cannot confirm the amount. This is daylight ******* and cannot be tolerated by any human being, I have lost patience and sad to say confidence in Booking.com, I will never ever use them again for any booking....
