Booking.com customer service pathetic

I booked and the guesthouse asked me to cancel as she could not accommodate me. I said she must cancel but on this she rep**** that she cannot it must come from me. Anyways logged numerous complaints and still no refund!!! I have been using Booking.com for a long time and is very disgusted in this.
