Booking.com ******

I am absolutely disgusted with booking.com

If you ever need to book through booking.com think twice everyone.

They have absolutely no respect for their client.

I made a booking through booking.com made payment and was even contacted to make payment.

2 weeks after making the booking I get an email stating that the booking has been cancelled.

I was furious as this ruined my future holiday plans.

I then call where I wanted to stay and they informed me that they were fully booked.

Ontop of that I get told that I need to go and dispute the amount paid with the bank. I have been inconvenienced throughout this whole process.

Booking.com is at fault and yet I have to deal with the consequences!!!!

I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life.

It's a pity. I have used them before but I can assure you that I will never use them again!!!!
