Booking.com ******* charges

Made a booking 20 July with free canellatiom until 30 Oktober. They charged my card immediately. I cancelled my booking in August due to change in plans. Still cant get my money back after numerous requests. There is no proper email or way to speak to anyone!! Pathetic. I used them so may times before. But never again
