Booking.com

I booked a place for holiday in Durban for 31st December 2023. And when we arrived they canceled on me because of a client that booked longer days than. I paid R 8 500 and I haven't received it back. I paid on time but when I want my money back they are referring me to the bank. And the Bank tried bur couldn't process it.
