Booking.com cannot be trusted!

Booking.com owes me money since Dec 2025 after accepting my money in Aug 25 and confirming booking in Phi Phi Island for Dec 25. Upon getting there the establishment said they Booking.com had not paid and I had to re-pay after getting no resolution from Booking.com. Now I have been battling since then to get a refund. Its just deplorable!
