booking.com ****

I’m extremely frustrated with what I’ve experienced with booking.com. On the 18th of October 2025 I made a booking with White Soil Bookings and then saw that the apartment is a bit far from where I stay so I decided to cancel it and get a refund ( free cancellation ) booking.com said that it would take 7-12 business days and it’s been way over that amount of days. I’ve phoned booking.com multiple times and all they keep on telling me is that they’ve issued the refund but won’t send me proof of a “ Refund Transaction Letter “. I’ve been to my bank multiple times this past week and they can’t trace any refund from booking.com the only thing that they can trace is where the money is being deducted from my account. At this point I am FED UP
