After using Booking.com for the past 5yrs, I had the worst experience, after paying a deposit way in advance for a planned trip, we had to cancel due to a accident, Bookin.com agreed to refund the deposit, which has never happened. every time we ask for feedback we include all the previous email and they then request all the info we sent on multiple occasions again.
