Booking.com

I have booked on booking.com for the place called beach bliss 704 Tenbury at Durban south, booking is confirmed and money is deducted from my account, but now when I call the owner of the place he denies the booking and says it's fully booked while I paid and money is accepted also confirmation numbers provided also pin, now I'm stranded don't have place to stay booking.com aslo is telling me they were they can only refund me after 15 days, and they both they didn't even see any inconvenience on this matter, I'm really disappointed 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
