Dear Hellopeter
This email is sent with disgust to the manner in which my Partner and I have been ******ED for wrong advertising of accommodation, Please see attached the information.
On arrival at the accommodation .... The unsafety firstly and the condition of the place was apploing .
I have requested a full refund and was denied with no remorse and blatantly excusing them self of knowing even with the attached pictures.
Kindly address .... I want a full refund ,and an apology.

12 Oct 2023, 17:10If you are visiting the Western Cape. Do NOT USE booking.com this service has lost all credibility with regard to safety and general cleanliness and there is no refund. My Partner and I were stranded and left with no alternative accommodation. Due to their lack of business acumen and a no refund I had to make alternative arrangements at the spare of the moment which cost me a package. Compensation plus intrest at this point is inevitable and an apology is expected

Its not safe at all. They will leave you stranded and frightened with no refund which will cost you even more as you will be stranded. Their pictures of accommodations are false, the areas are unsafe. The accommodation is FILTHY. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM especially in the WESTER CAPE South Africa
